The Livonian Community House was inaugurated on August 6, 1939. The sign at the entry of the House says «This house was built by the Livonians with assistance from the fatherland Latvia and related nations Finns, Estonians and Hungarians». This is a national architectural monument. The Livonian union regained the House under its ownership in 2000.
Since 1989, every first Saturday of August, grand Livonian festivals have taken place here, gathering relatives, people, and friends from around the world.
During the summer, a café operates next to the house.
